Here’s a great ad for Tilex. The image shows a SWAT team about to attack a bathroom—armed only with Tilex.
This is case of an image being worth a thousand words. The copy isn’t really necessary because the ad works just as well without it. They’ve wisely kept the copy to a bare minimum: a three-word headline with one line of copy beneath it.
The one problem with the ad is that it’s just too dark. It’s so dark that it’s difficult to tell what’s going on. If they’d lightened the shadows a bit it would have helped get the message across.
