I agree with the comment on the bad copy, and even the visual effects are bad. Why would you blur out the copy to white? It makes it harder to read. Plus there is not selling point to the ad. It leads nowhere.

Other then that, the ad has potential. The facts about pork being considered red meat by the USDA has nothing to do with the ad. It is basically a positioning strategy that builds from something we are all familiar with. You already know one white meat so it is easier for you to understand when the ad says "The other white meat." You get it in like .02 seconds. That is great, print ads need to read that quick. For the most part print ads have a 2 second window to catch the viewers attention.

i used to buy water bottles for when i went out too, but this used too much plastic bottles, so i got some stainless steel bottles from thermos. now i never buy bottled water, unless i'm out and i don't have my thermos.
on another note, i'm in italy and this concept of waste and plastic is like rocket science for italians. they don't have filtered water and don't like brita and so there is a ton of plastic waste. they are so backwards.

Eggs are normally healthy (although maybe you have a point about not so much in mayonnaise!). This type of ad would be questioned in the UK.

I think "dasani" means "the (real) thing" in Sranan Tongo, one of the languages spoken in Suriname. To make sure whether this is really true .just ask the local branch of the coca cola company there.

I think if one is a type A personalty and spent time working to see the differences, one would be upset. I just kind of noticed it and let it pass without checking to see, so I don't remember that ad in the New Yorker. I liked the whole campaign over all that addressed me as Ketel One Drinker, and that did convince me to try Ketel one and I liked it more then Grey Goose, and Absolut (which I find to be the worst Vodka). But, I can also see how that ad could back fire on the product.

Sorry, "A Person," it really doesn't matter who created the ad — it still sucks. Trust me when I say that this ad doesn't kindle a desire in me to visit India. What would be there waiting for me? A guy with a big mustache and even bigger ugly yellow teeth munching on some grass? No thanks, I'll pass.
