Kashi makes natural cereal and other natural food products. This ad illustrates that message perfectly, from the photo of a spoonful of their cereal, to the copy. The handwritten text reinforces the fact that their food is natural. It says they’re a small, fun company, not a big corporate conglomerate.
The slogan at the bottom of the page reads: “7 whole grains on a mission.” This is more evidence the company doesn’t take itself deadly seriously.
This may be nitpicking, but perhaps the blue background is just a little too plain.

While the font and text may imply that, Kashi is in fact owned by one of the biggest cereal corporations in the world, Kellogg’s.
If you check the date, you’ll see that I wrote the post about Kashi in June of 2008. Kellogg’s bought Kashi on October 19, 2009.
